Great posture, great swing, great touch and is a far better player than handicap suggests. (Also, writes this web site!) Somehow got nicknamed 'Wafty', possibly due to the 'Els-like' ease and rhythm of his swing. Twice 'Club Champion'. Coventry City fan.

John 'Monty' Ganley

The big man with "the big 'ook". Loves a 'bump and run' and has an affinity to strong Belgian lager. Twice 'Club Champion'. Spurs fan.

Dr Steve Essex

A teacher and doctor of physics believe it or not!. Many nicknames, including 'Marmite'. Voted 'Player's player of the season 2008. 

Steve Scott

Silly northern accent and loves gravy. Nicknames include 'G.B' and 'Ricky' (as in Barnes). 'Player's player of the season 2009'. '2008 Club Champion'. Everton fan. 2012 Spring tour champion.

Allan Kay

Scottish, which explains a lot, including his low straight shots. Has gained a reputation for being 'canny'. Great snooker player and lovely touch around the greens. Birmingham fan.

Rob Eardley

Big Rob loves an apple-based drink but has to be in bed by a certain time, hence nickname of 'Early-Eardley'. Would play off a lower handicap if he could be earlier to bed the night before a medal!  'Player's player of the season 2010'. Coventry City fan

Ross Alexander

Our 'social secretary', loves a pint and basketball. So laid back, you can never tell if he's 4 up or down. Coventry City fan

Rob Williams

'Detective Constable' Rob, plays the wrong way around. Loves a bit of bantar and will talk most opponents into submission.

Dan Stanley

Young Dan recently joined the NWGC greenkeeping team. Ice hockey fan and always the optimist with his game. Coventry City fan.

Adam Law

Current Club Champion and course record holder!! (Gross 66.  - 5 under par). Spurs fan.

Mark Yates

Made his debut last year, winning 'Player's player of the season'. Has a liking of facial hair and bears a striking resemblance to 'Baldrick'. 'Boom boom boom!'  WBA fan. 

Mick Dicks

Another made his debut last season after showing promising form in spring. Too many nick-names, mostly offensive! Impressive driver of the ball. Birmingham City fan.

John Prudence

A pilot who featured heavily in the 2008 promotion winning team. Hoping to make a return in the 2012 season. Has an affinity to wearing odd looking hats.
