1. OUT OF BOUNDS [Rule 27-1]
a] Beyond any hedge defining the boundary of the course.
b] Beyond any fence or where the boundary is defined by a line of white stakes or white line.
Note: Where out of bounds is defined by a fence or a line of white stakes, the line joining the nearest inside points at ground level of fence posts, white stakes defines the boundary. A ball is out of bounds when all of it lies over the line. Objects defining boundaries are not obstructions therfore relief without penalty is not available.
2. WATER HAZARD [Rule 26] The stream crossing 7th/16th & 8th/17th holes, identified by yellow stakes, defined by yellow lines is deemed a water hazard. Proceed under Rule 26 or as additional option, drop a ball under a penalty of one stroke, in the dropping zone. Note: A ball is in the water hazard when it lies in or any part of it touches the water hazard including any stake or line
3. OBSTRUCTION[S] [Rule 24]
a] Deemed Immovable Obstruction include, all artificially surfaced, pathways, sprinkler heads, manhole covers, plastic irrigation covers, tee stones, wooden steps, ball washers, waste bins, the drinking fountain, rain shelters.
b] In addition if such an obstruction on or within 2 club lengths of the putting green of the hole being played, intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole the player may obtain relief, without penalty as follows: If the ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and is within two club lengths of the intervening obstruction it may be lifted, cleaned and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay by which a] is not nearer the hole b] avoids such intervention and c] is not in a hazard or on the putting green.
c] Stones in bunkers, guide ropes, bunker rakes, benches, 150-yard marker stakes are deemed to be Movable Obstructions Rule 24-1a applies.
d] Water hazard bridges together with boundary stiles are deemed Integral Parts of the course.
4 TREES, which are staked, banded or wrapped. If such a tree interferes with the player's stance or the area of intended swing, the ball MUST be lifted without penalty and dropped in accordance with the procedure in Rule 24-2b
5 ABNORMAL GROUND: [Relief under Rule 25-1]
a] Ground Under Repair: Any encircled by white lines or ropes and marked as GUR.
b] The Tractor path crossing the 4th/13th and 8th/17th fairways together with Deep Tractor Ruts through the green
c] Burrowing Animals: Interference with a player's stance is deemed to be of itself NOT interference under 25-1.
6. DISTANCE MEASURING/MULTI-FUNCTION DEVICES. For all play at this course a player may obtain distance and general weather information. The use of a device to actively measure or gauge conditions such as wind/temperature or gradient is prohibited.
7. SUSPENSION OF PLAY [Due to bad weather or risk of lightning] Suspension of play will be signalled by one single blast of a hooter from the clubhouse with resumption being signalled by 2 blasts. During a competition, if players are between the play of 2 holes they must discontinue play immediately until the official resumption. Players in process of playing a hole should mark the position of their golf ball and suspend play immediately until the official resumption. Failure to discontinue play will result in disqualification.

Please note: with effect from April 2013, Local Rules printed on scorecards are no longer applicable.
